is located in Pewaukee, WI. We are approximately 20 miles west of
Milwaukee and about 90 miles northwest of Chicago. We have been
providing customers with comprehensive
Metal Stamping Die Design Service for over 20 years.
Progressive
Die Design is our SPECIALTY,
but we do design all types of
Sheet Metal Stamping dies.
We use ICEM DDN for 2-D Design
and Vero International for 3-D Design. Using VISI, our 3-D
Design Software, we are capable of computing a flat blank from a
complex 3-D model to help with stock utilization. The software is
also extremely accurate for Form and Draw Analysis. This aids us
and our customers in the design process by knowing areas of fatigue or
possible part failure. We can then go back to the OEM and recommend
changes to eliminate possible problems or provide stations to pre-from
areas of the part to eliminate these issues altogether.
Form and Draw Analysis has
been one of the best advances in Metal Stamping to come along
since Wire EDM. Utilizing this technology has helped customers save
thousands of dollars in design and build, not to mention the cost
savings from material utilization from having an extremely close
calculated blank.

turn around large complicated Progressive Dies in most cases no
longer than two weeks. By using the latest Cad Technology and having the
newest translators for most cad systems, this also allows us to design
in a shorter period of time, which means more build time for you.
